I enjoyed Promise and purchased the Soul Saver Box set from B&N but it will not open on the nook app. B&N said there was nothing they could do for me. I'm anxious to read Purpose and the rest but I will not pay for them twice. Just wanted you to know about this issue.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you're having problems. I have it on my iPad Nook app and it opens, though it takes a long time. Being a box set with 3 full-length novels and a novella (which is close to the length of a YA novel), it's a large file. So it may take time to open or perhaps it's too large for your device. I have no idea. Maybe you can return it to B&N (if you're in the timeframe) and get each book individually. Otherwise, try on a different device. Sorry!
DeleteHi Kristie. First I have to say. I absolutely LOVED this series. I hope you continue to write more stories regarding Alexis and her family. I also had the same problem as the previous comment. Once the box set was downloaded it would not open. But I did discover that if you are using a Nook, if you shut it off wait a few minutes and turn it back on it resets and syncs your Nook and once you open the box set again there are no problems. Except putting it down to continue with your life. Lol. Thank you so much for writing these stories. They are wonderful. But my friends at work are mad at me because I made them read them to and they can't put them down either. Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of the Soul Savers Series. I'm dying to know what happens with Dorian.
